We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Ditto for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

- New Subscriptions: The 14-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase.
- Renewals: Automatic renewals are generally non-refundable. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
- Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse of our policy or terms of service violations.
To request a refund, please contact our support team via email or join our Discord support server. Please provide:
- Your Discord User ID
- The email address associated with the purchase (if applicable)
- Date of purchase
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
